A proven search process will include pre-hire assessments to ensure that in addition to following the traditional screening and interview steps, another measure is taken to ensure the new hire comes into the job with the knowledge, skills, motivation, or the personality needed for the job. Despite all your best efforts, you may still make a hiring mistake! This will waste valuable time and money. A customized pre-employment assessment process will evaluate candidates and find the one most likely to demonstrate the competencies for the job, along with the personality and motivational set best suited to the role. We provide verbal and written evaluations of each candidate, along with our recommendations.
